Practical Information
Icam – Strasbourg-Europe Campus is eager to offer you an introduction to Toyota’s Lean Management. This training was designed to help you learn more about office organization and tools that could help you master your workspace efficiently and effectively.
For this mobility, you could use the ERASMUS STT grant offered by your university. This means that your travel expenses could be funded by ERASMUS. For further information about STT, please check with your International Office the number of places available.

CONTENT
In this introduction to Lean Management, you will discover more about:
- Principles from Lean Management
- Waste management
- 5S + Standard
- Continuous improvement framework
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
A company visit is foreseen as a real application of this method.
FEES
The enrollment fee is 80€. this fee includes the training, and the meal on Thursday 6th.
Travel expenses such as plane/train tickets, housing, and meals (including lunch) are at your own expense.
For your information, you can use the ERASMUS STT (Staff Mobility for Training) grant from your university. Teaching and administrative staff are eligible. Under the ERASMUS agreement, specific conditions from your country to France apply. Please check the conditions with your International Office.
