Be innovative with us
Research is a major strategic activity at Icam, site de Strasbourg-Europe. It creates value for initial and vocational training and enables us to conduct innovative projects that support the energy and digital technology transition, as well as the move towards the Company of the Future, particularly in its international dimension.
Academic research
The research carried out by the school’s teacher-researchers covers many fields and many audiences: mechanics, biomechanics, artificial intelligence, materials, imaging, energy, etc.
Scientific expertise
A team of industrial experts and French and international researchers support companies in their innovation and research projects through four technical departments: Factory of the Future, energy, digital technology, and structural mechanics.
Training through research
We introduce all our students to research through innovative, technical projects, R&D and laboratory internships. The close link between research and training within the school encourages students to pursue their studies at PhD level.
