  • Individual support for the CQPM Lean Process Coordinator: each trainee will be personally supervised by a Lean specialist in the preparation of his or her CQPM (company visits, help in writing and preparing the oral presentation).

Profile

This training course is mainly aimed at Industrial Managers or Directors (production, methods, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement), people in charge of steering the Lean approach throughout their company.

Prerequisites

Baccalaureate level and/or one year’s experience in the sector of activity or department corresponding to the specialisation covered during the training course (Management, Manufacturing, Office, etc.) is required.

The cost of this training course is €15,750 per person.

This training course is eligible for Personal Training Account (CPF) funding.
